Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Quick Ping, including the website, CRM, Chrome extension, and related services available through https://aquickping.com and affiliated product surfaces.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility And Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, devices, and any integrations you connect. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service

Quick Ping provides a website and CRM, plus a Chrome extension that can help users organize job search workflows, capture public-web information, and, if the user chooses, connect Gmail through Google read-only access in the extension.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features to improve the service, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to operational needs.

Chrome Extension And Gmail Access

If you connect Gmail through the Chrome extension, you authorize the extension to request Google Gmail read-only access for the limited purpose described in our Privacy Policy and the user-facing product flow.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to connect Gmail, for reviewing the permissions presented to you by Google, and for disconnecting or revoking access if you no longer want the extension to access your Gmail account.

Use of Google API data is also subject to applicable Google terms and policies.

• The extension uses read-only Gmail access and is not intended to send, compose, or modify your Gmail messages.
• You can remove access by disconnecting the integration, revoking Google account access, clearing extension data, or uninstalling the extension.
• The cloud CRM is intended for non-restricted sources and may reject restricted Gmail-derived data.

Your Content And Inputs

You retain ownership of the content, data, records, and materials you submit to the service, subject to the rights you grant us to operate and improve the service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to provide the service, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law.

Acceptable Use

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and any applicable third-party platform terms.

• Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, engage in fraud, or interfere with others.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Do not use the service in a way that bypasses, disables, or undermines product restrictions, security controls, or usage limits.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content you do not have the right to use.
• You are responsible for your use of third-party websites, email systems, browsers, and job platforms, including compliance with their applicable terms.

Third-Party Services

The service may interoperate with third-party services, including Google, browser platforms, hosting providers, authentication providers, payment providers, and websites you choose to visit while using the extension.

We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

Quick Ping and related software, branding, design, documentation, and service features are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to you under these Terms, we reserve all rights in the service.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the service without restriction or compensation to you.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that could harm users, third parties, or the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after termination by their nature.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, accurate, or suitable for your particular use case.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
